The bill (Reg. No. 2242) aims at bringing the Law “On Consumers’ Rights Protection” in line with current legislation, as well as at strengthening responsibility of economic entities to consumers directly.

Committee members made several remarks to the bill.

Attention was attached to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts’ Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, under which, the bill requires refinement.
